Collecting samples are 15 OSCC (27%) and 40 BOSC (73%). So found 73% (11/15) OSCC and 22% (9/40) BOSC had HPV positivity. From samples with HPV positivity detected 81% (9/11) OSCC and 100% (9/9) of BOSC without alterations in p53 genes. And from samples with HPV positivity detected 91% (10/11) OSCC and 100% (9/9) of BOSC without alterations in c-myc genes. From 9 OSCC and 9 BOSC with 100% HPV positivity without alteration in p53 and c-myc genes experience overexpression of Hsp40 in ratio 29.30:4.68 (OSCC larger than BOSC) so and overexpression of Hsp70 in ratio 67.315:10.596 (OSCC larger than BOSC). It is suspected, that there is a lot of misfolding, exspecially in proteins that are involvimg in suppressing apoptosis enhancing proliferation. This event said Protein Conformational Disorders. Therefore, human papilloma viruses and unraveling the molecular mechanisms driving carcinogenesis are crucial targets for better management of these cancers. Human papilloma viruses have been clinically applied to various aspects of cancer, including oral cancers, for promotional, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative purposes. From the experimental study of Hela cell management using acetogenin - Annona muricata Linn, the value of R2=0.9035 was obtained, which is close to 1. It mean that there is a significant correlation between the viability of HeLa cells and the active isolate of A. muricata L. leaves. The correlation equation obtained describes the line as y=-0.4383x+83.791 which has a negative value, which can be interpreted that the higher the concentration of A. muricata L. leaf isolate, the lower the viability of HeLa cells.
